RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a return and refund under the conditions outlined below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email at support@savaea.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, labels, and tags must be attached.
• The item must not show signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support@savaea.nl with your order number.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days after notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@savaea.nl within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
